Terms & Conditions

The price includes installation and transportation, with various materials specified as HDMR pre-laminated ply for fire breakout areas, MDF pre-laminated for wardrobes, BWP for kitchen wet areas, and Garjan plywood, boards, and laminates.

As per government regulations, an 18% GST will be applicable at final invoice.

The validity of the estimate is 7 days from the date of estimation. It provides an initial cost approximation, and the final cost may vary depending on actual measurements, material selections, and unforeseen site conditions. This estimate does not constitute a binding contract.

Laminates can be chosen from our curated laminate album, featuring glossy, matte, and premium finishes. Prices vary by selection, with additional charges for premium options.

The site will be completed and handed over within 30–45 days of final approval and payment. Custom and special finishes may require additional time.

Any change in the original scope of work will be treated as a new order, and timelines will be specified accordingly.

A Free Designer will be assigned only after enrollment of the services.

All communication should be made only with authorized personnel from AQSA INTERIORS and not with carpenters or contractors at the site.

The estimated total sheets required for the project is 45 or fewer. If this is exceeded, the estimate will be revised accordingly.

All measurements are approximate and subject to change.

No refund will be processed after enrollment of the project.

AQSA INTERIORS is not liable for delays or non-performance due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, etc.).

Clients must ensure clear and uninterrupted access to the site during installation. Any delays due to restricted access or lack of site readiness will affect the project timeline and may incur additional charges.

AQSA INTERIORS is not responsible for any damages caused by third-party interventions or failure to follow agreed terms and conditions.
Any defects or damages reported within the first 30 days of completion will be addressed at no additional cost, provided they are not due to misuse or third-party interference.

AQSA INTERIORS ensures that all materials used are of the highest quality and comply with industry standards.
All measurements provided are approximate and may vary. If manual or custom work is opted for, the final measurements and pricing may differ accordingly.

All design concepts and 3D renders shared prior to project enrollment remain the intellectual property of AQSA INTERIORS and may not be used, copied, or shared without written permission.

In case of payment delays beyond 2 days, AQSA INTERIORS reserves the right to pause work until dues are cleared. This may impact timelines and incur reactivation charges.

Any site work or installation will only commence after receipt of the required milestone payment.

Clients are responsible for ensuring electricity and water availability during installation. Any cost incurred due to lack of these will be added to the final invoice.

In the case of client-requested brand-specific materials not originally quoted, revised pricing and timelines will apply.
AQSA INTERIORS reserves the right to photograph and showcase the completed project for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless explicitly declined in writing by the client.

Warranty or service claims will be honored only upon full payment completion.

Any damage post-handover due to improper use, exposure to water, fire, or physical impact is not covered under free servicing.

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction under Khammam courts only.
