• More than 120 houses experienced in interiors design & development 

• Payment: 60% advance, 30% after delivery, 10%after completion.

• GST @ 18% Applicable.

 

 

• 3D design, Cost to Cost estimation, Material Supply, Development & Warranty 

• Flexibility in choice of Material samples will be provided for ply & laminates.

• Flexibility in Choice for materials & vendor selection. 

• Workmanship cost is 450rs per sft (Negotiable)  

• Pin point estimation & sample ply & laminate albums will be provided for selection.
